An author can appeal for some suggestions of the peer reviewers if such can not be reasonably combined by sending a rebuttal email. The managing editor elevates the matter to the editor in chief for resolution which is communicated in writing. When the appeal has legal content such as requesting for removal if digital copy of hus published research, the appeal will be submitted to the lawyer for advice in the resolution. The editor in chief makes the final decision.
