Abstract

The study conducted at Night Café A La Carte in Divisoria, Cagayan de Oro City, analyzed the level of sanitation and its impact on customer satisfaction. It focused on three key points: the level of sanitation, customer satisfaction, and the relationship between sanitation and customer satisfaction. Using a descriptive design, researchers compared vendors' views with observational data from an approved checklist and customer feedback. The analysis revealed a positive correlation between sanitation factors (water source, cooking area, waste disposal, and proper dishwashing) and customer satisfaction regarding cleanliness, appearance, and service quality. The study concluded that sanitation levels vary among A La Carte establishments, but proper sanitation is crucial for achieving customer satisfaction. Therefore, maintaining high sanitation standards is essential for enhancing customer experience and loyalty in these settings.
