Author’s Responsibilities

  • Originality: The manuscript is original, not currently under consideration, in the press, or published elsewhere. It will not be submitted for publication elsewhere until a final decision is made by the PAIR Journal. (Note: Posting submitted material online or by other electronic means may be considered before publication.)
  • Integrity: The work contains no fabrication, fraud, or plagiarism.
  • Authorship Significance: The author has made a significant scientific contribution to the study, is thoroughly familiar with the primary data, and has read the complete manuscript.
  • Accountability: The author takes full responsibility for the accuracy, content, and completeness of the manuscript and understands shared responsibility if any part of the paper is found to be faulty or fraudulent.
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure: All funding sources supporting the work and all institutional or corporate affiliations are disclosed. Except as disclosed in a separate attachment, the author certifies there is no commercial association (e.g., consultancies, stock ownership, equity interest, patent-licensing arrangement, etc.) that might pose a conflict of interest regarding the submitted article. The author accepts full responsibility for the conduct of the research, had full access to all data, and retains the decision to publish.
  • Copyright & License Policy (Updated): Upon publication, authors retain the copyright and full publishing rights to their work. Published articles are distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), allowing others to copy, distribute, and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and source, a link to the license is provided, and any changes are indicated. Commercial use requires explicit permission from the authors.
